Dogukan Kucuksahin is a Senior Consultant and IPMA certified Project Manager at BLIX. He is a mechanical engineer and holds an MSc degree in wind energy from the Technical University of Denmark.

Before joining BLIX, Dogukan was involved in wind turbine installation projects for different OEMs, where he gained valuable experience in site activities. After his time in the field, he transitioned to Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, where he served as a Construction Project Manager for over 5 years. During this period, he took the lead on projects across Finland, Sweden, and Turkey. Embracing different cultures and lifestyles has really shaped his success in working with diverse teams on wind energy projects.

Dogukan has the ability to capture the broader scope of projects, while still paying attention to the details. Within this holistic view, his proactive nature allows him to tackle challenges before they turn into issues. He is result and solution oriented and has extensive experience in managing people and managing processes.Jack Finch is a Consultant and Project Manager at BLIX. He holds a BSc in Applied Geology from the University of Playmouth and an MSc in Engineering Geology from the University of Portsmouth.
