Hoyte Bokma de Boer joined BLIX in 2022 as a Senior Strategy Consultant and Project Manager. He holds a master’s degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Utrecht, where he also obtained a Propedeuse in Economical Geography. Hoyte is a highly experienced strategy consultant in the financial and bid management field. Before joining BLIX, he worked at KPMG as a Strategy Consultant and Associate Director, where he managed a project team for several M&A due diligence and growth strategy projects. Responsibilities consisted of, among others, Operational and Commercial Due Diligence reports, Growth Strategy reports and more generic strategy reports. During his time at Capgemini Benelux, he worked both as a financial modeller for bids and tenders and as a Change Management consultant. Finally, he has a broad experience in contract negotiations and bid management in the offshore and district heating industry.

Hoyte likes to keep things simple (which can be tough in complex environments!), wants to operate from a helicopter view and is always looking for win-win situations.
