Lianne is HR business Partner at BLIX. She previously worked for Bureau Veritas, where she was Learning & Development Coordinator for Benelux, DACH and Nordics countries and later Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist for Benelux. Lianne brings a wealth of expertise to the table, with a background in recruitment, employer branding, CSR initiatives, and the successful implementation of various employee development initiatives such as 360 feedback, personality assessments, talent review coordination, digital coaching, and mentoring.

Being involved with our integration into AFRY from an HR perspective, Lianne will lead the annual HR cycle activities for performance and development reviews, as well as the recruitment process. Moreover, she will be promoting engagement activities, partner and coach managers to build leadership capabilities, identify future talent, engage their teams and manage change effectively.
