With a tailormade one-day workshop BLIX experts introduced personnel of Lithuanian O&G terminal operator Klaipeda Nafta (KN) to the ins and outs of offshore wind energy. The main topic was offshore wind O&M services, complemented by an introduction to the logistics involved in offshore wind farm construction. The workshop provided KN the necessary insights to determine how they can diversify their business stepping into offshore wind. A follow-up from the workshop is setting up a business plan for KN to enter the offshore wind industry in Lithuania and broaden their portfolio of services within Klaipeda port.
