Technical, Contractual and Commercial Due Diligence
BLIX performed a technical, contractual, commercial and organisational due diligence of the Dutch offshore wind project development Gemini (600MW). 150 Siemens wind turbines and their innovative grid connection at 220kV level were critically reviewed.
Results:
- BLIX delivered due diligence report which included an assessment of the technical and contractual risk mitigations.
