For TenneT, BLIX acted as interface manager and QHSE site supervisor.

BLIX steered the supply chain parties assembling components at the offshore substations of German wind parks Nordsee One and Godewind I & II.

Results:

  • Both offshore substations were built within time and budget at the highest possible quality.
  • Implemented quality system.
  • Optimal maintenance strategy for the offshore substation.

BLIX supported a client with their bid preparation for the Nordsee project for the German offshore wind tender. BLIX prepared the pre-Financial Close development budget and acted as project optimisation manager.
