BLIX provided an Interim Manager and supported Rentel with setting up an O&M organisation for its offshore windfarm.

Asset Management Strategy, Tendering and Contracting

Asset management strategy for an offshore substation (MOG 1) and tendering of related O&M contracts.

BLIX provided:

the analysis of several options of scope split in several lots
an allocation of risks and opportunities, logistics and contract management.
a detailed cost estimation during the O&M of the platform in different scenarios over 40 years.

BLIX executed in collaboration several FMECA sessions. The result was an asset management strategy which provided Elia the necessary certainty, competitive costs and flexibility.
