Oleksandr Oleksiienko joined the BLIX team early 2023 as Senior Consultant and Project Manager. Oleksandr brings a wealth of experience in the construction and energy industries, having held a Specialist’s degree in Mathematics from Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University, 2 years of study at a private school of Construction Project Management and a Master’s degree in Electrical Systems and Grids.

In Ukraine, he worked in the residential, recreational, infrastructure and industrial construction sectors as a construction project manager and commercial lead for 12 years. Over the past 4 years, he has been devoted to renewable and conventional energy, most recently as a Project Management Director for one of the nation’s leading energy companies. Here, he managed the implementation of more than 20 solar and wind power plants with a total capacity of over 300 MW for local and international clients.

Oleksandr’s expertise in exact sciences, systems thinking, and project management enables him to effectively anticipate and overcome challenges, resulting in smoother project delivery.
